Under the auspices of the President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Jassim Fathi Ali Al-Maadhedi, and supervised by the Dean of the Polytechnic College / Mosul, Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdul Nasser Abdul Razzak Kashmoula, the Department of Autotronics Engineering Technology at the Polytechnic College / Mosul organized a visit to the Hyundai branch in Mosul.
The visiting delegation included:
-
Abbas Hamza Fadhil – Assistant Chief Technical Instructor
-
Salah Abdul Ghani Younis – Assistant Chief Technical Instructor
The visit aimed to discuss mechanisms for mutual cooperation between the college and Hyundai, particularly regarding the provision of necessary spare parts to support practical training for students.
Discussions also covered utilizing various automotive parts and components for practical applications within educational workshops and laboratories. This initiative seeks to develop students’ technical and practical skills while bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and hands-on application.
Additionally, both sides explored the potential establishment of a Hyundai maintenance center at Northern Technical University. This would create a practical training environment for students, open new horizons for technical and training collaboration between the university and the company, and foster future initiatives to serve the educational and training process.
